At MJFinch Studios, each original artwork and museum-quality fine art print is prepared with great care. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of original artwork and made-to-order fine art prints, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us at hello@mjfinchstudios.com.au with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the artwork and packaging

We will assess the damage and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.

Original Artwork

Original paintings are unique works of art. Unless they arrive damaged or incorrect, all sales of original artwork are final.
